In a significant development, Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron will not be attending the highly anticipated UN climate summit set to take place in Baku later this month. Sources close to the United Nations have confirmed this information to Euronews.
Despite the absence of these prominent leaders, the summit is expected to draw over 100 heads of state and government, with many already confirming their participation. Among the European leaders who will be present are representatives from Czechia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, and Spain.
